The LCP’s leadership structure consists of an internal management team and advisory board (Board of Directors).
Internal Management Team
The Internal Management team is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the organization and is headed by the Executive Director that reports to the Board of Directors. He/she is assisted by the Deputy Executive Director, Program Manager, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Compliance Officer, M&E Officer,
Communication Specialist, and County Supervisors an Monitors.
Advisory Board (Board of Directors)
The organization is governed by a seven (7) member governing board. The members are private independent professionals that provide oversight responsibility including directing and approving critical decisions on behalf of the organization; and ensure management efficiency and effectiveness.
